1. Introduction
This Refund Policy governs the terms under which Yo Ltd (“the Company”) may issue refunds for products purchased through its platform. By placing an order, the customer (“the Customer”) acknowledges and agrees to the conditions stated herein.
2. Nature of Products
All products offered by the Company are perishable and made-to-order. As such, production may begin immediately upon confirmation of payment.
3. Cancellation and Refund Eligibility
3.1 Same-Day Orders:
Same-day orders are not eligible for cancellation or refund once placed.
3.2 Pre-Order Products:
- Cancellation within two (2) hours of payment qualifies for a full refund.
- Cancellation after two (2) hours, but prior to commencement of production, qualifies for a 50% refund.
- No refund shall apply once production has commenced.
4. Incorrect, Incomplete, or Faulty Deliveries
In the event of an incorrect item, missing item, or delivery failure attributable to the Company, the Company shall, at its sole discretion, either:
(a) replace the product; or
(b) issue a full or partial refund.
Photo or video evidence may be required within two (2) hours of delivery.
5. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds shall not apply where:
- Customer provides an incorrect address;
- Customer is unavailable to receive the order;
- Customer changes their mind after production begins;
- Dissatisfaction is based on taste preferences;
- Minor color, design, or artistic variations occur.
6. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within three (3) to seven (7) working days, subject to banking timelines.
